Shipping We make our products to order through print providers connected by Printify. Production happens before the parcel is handed to a delivery service. Timing depends on the product, provider, stock and destination. Where we deliver We aim to offer international delivery where the selected provider and carrier can deliver. Availability is checked for the exact product, variant and address; a country appearing in the address list is not a delivery guarantee. Some destinations and regions are restricted. Cost and timing For real orders, the current shipping charge is calculated for your bag and address before payment. Do not treat a general Printify network average as a promise for every destination. Address and tracking Use Latin characters and check your address before ordering. Address lines are limited to 35 and 30 characters. Checkout asks for a recipient phone number and, for certain destinations, a customs identifier used on the shipping label. Tracking details will be sent when available. If an address needs changing, contact contact@outfitplanet.com promptly; changes may no longer be possible once production or shipment has started. If a parcel is delayed or arrives with a problem, contact contact@outfitplanet.com with your order number so we can investigate.
